  • QA/RA Specialist

    Position Overview

    • Work with the quality team to maintain quality management system and fulfil the quality objectives.
    • Follow up and communicate with regulatory agencies for regulatory affairs.
    • Entry level for quality management is acceptable.

    Reporting Structure

    The QA/RA Specialist will report directly to the Head of QA/QC/RA.

    Place of work

    This role will usual be based at the Advin Building but might be required to travel for supplier audit as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Work with the quality team to maintain quality management system and fulfil the quality objectives.
    • Assist to manage the quality initiatives to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards including ISO 13485:2016, FDA Quality System Regulations.
    • Monitor and collect QMS related data for analysis and presentation at management reviews.
    • Review daily records and reports.
    • Maintain quality management logs.
    • Prepare, verify and maintain preventative and corrective action reports and non-conformances.
    • Participate in internal and external audits and take appropriate actions in response to any non-conformances.
    • Work with purchasing staff to monitor external suppliers.
    • Work with the supplier to conduct equipment calibration.
    • Draft or update standard operating procedures, work instructions, or policies as necessary.
    • Follow up and communicate with regulatory agencies for regulatory affairs.
    • Prepare or direct the preparation of additional information or responses as requested by regulatory agencies.
    • Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.

    Experience, knowledge and requirements

    • Bachelor degree (or equivalent). Scientific discipline major preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong computer experience working on multiple software programs.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin).

  • Customer Service Representative

    Department: Customer Sales

    Reports To: Customer Sales Manager

    FLSA Status: Exempt Full Time

     

    Position Summary

    Assists customers through all phases of the sales cycle.  Point person to liaise between customer orders and production teams. Key person in coordinating receipt of materials from vendors.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sets up new customer accounts received directly or through outside sales teams
    • Receives purchase orders from new and existing customers
    • Coordinates with production department to confirm the purchase orders and schedule manufacturing
    • Answers telephone and email
    • Receives materials from vendors; assists with material purchase order placement
    • Assists with customs clearance of goods received from international suppliers
    • Receives customer inquiries and/or complaints; helps disposition with Quality Assurance team

    Education and/or Experience

    High School degree or equivalent education required.

    Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or the equivalent
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; courtesy, professionalism and strong listening skills are required.

    Language Skills

    • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
    • Prefer bilingual in Mandarin
